Terms of Service

Welcome to Clothy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Clothy Inc. governing your access to and use of the Clothy mobile application ("the App") and its AI-powered virtual try-on services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for any content you upload ("User Content"). You agree not to upload User Content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others. By posting User Content, you grant Clothy Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service. The App may offer free services with limited access and premium features available through a recurring monthly subscription, which is managed and billed through the Apple App Store and is subject to their policies. All intellectual property rights in the App are the exclusive property of Clothy Inc., while you retain ownership of your User Content and any AI-generated images derived from it. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may modify these Terms at any time and will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
